You can easily request a hosting upgrade or downgrade through the Ultrazn support system. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access Support Tickets

Log in to your Ultrazn Dashboard.
On the left sidebar, click Support to expand the dropdown menu.
Select Create New Ticket, or visit directly: https://ultrazn.com/ticket/new

Step 2: Fill in Ticket Details

Subject: Write something like “I want to upgrade/downgrade my hosting services.”
Priority: Set to High or Medium.
Description: Clearly mention which service (e.g. domain, hosting, email) you want to upgrade or downgrade.
Attachments: You can also upload screenshots or files if needed.
Click Submit to send your request.

Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
